The Hoffman Process takes place at Sanctum Retreat in the province of Alberta. The Process is a week-long program led by a team of qualified Hoffman teachers. Each participant’s confidentiality and safety are of the utmost priority.
Sanctum Retreat is a beautiful venue nestled on 100 acres in the Rocky Mountain foothills in the province of Alberta. The grounds are a natural paradise, having a small lake and a river running through the property, as well as a blend of mature forest and groomed trails surrounding it.

FROM CALGARY
(approx. 120 mins)
> Go north on Hwy 2 to Innisfail, then exit and go west on Hwy 54 to Caroline (approx. 35 min).
> Once you reach Caroline, go straight through and continue on Hwy 54 for about 3–4 km. Sanctum Retreat signs and the “Fish” will lead you to the site.
FROM EDMONTON
(approx. 120 mins)
> Go south on Hwy 2 to Hwy 54 (the Innisfail and Caroline exit) about 15 minutes south of Red Deer. Go west on Hwy 54 to Caroline (approx. 35 min).
> Once you reach Caroline, go straight through and continue on Hwy 54 for about 3–4 km. Sanctum Retreat signs and the “Fish” will lead you to the site.

TRANSPORTATION is provided for anyone flying into Calgary Airport both to and from the Process for a $160 fee. The retreat location is situated 4 kms West of Caroline, which is between Calgary and Edmonton and about a 90-minute drive from Calgary Airport.
