Hilary Illick received a B.A. in philosophy from Stanford University, and an MFA in creative writing from San Francisco State University.
“I am passionate about working deeply and experientially with people to explore themselves and their full range. The Process is about getting real and being authentic, which involves accepting one’s whole self – facing and naming negative patterns with self-compassion, as well as embracing one’s radiant, wise, and loving spiritual essence.”
As for her own Process experience, Hilary says, “I actually LAUGHED at parts of myself that I thought were too shameful to admit! I was awestruck that some aspects of my self-loathing transformed into compassionate self-amusement!”
Hilary is blessed with four children and her husband of 25+ years.
